Kill and own and entire 5 man team with Lifestealer

If you want to starting owning with Lifestealer and kill an entire 5 man team this post is for you.
Lifestealer is one of the few heroes in Dota 2 that can jungle/bush on level 1 due to his spell Feast which gives your entire team an advantage and your self. Your team will have one extra solo lane and if you jungle/bush right you will also gain as much experience as a solo lane. Which means there are 3 people on your team gaining a lot of experience.  Lifestealer's spells are :
§  Rage- Lifestealer becomes magic immune and gains bonus attack speed . This spell is one of the most useful spells Lifestealer has because no spell can stun or damage you as long as the spell is active. Activate the spell when you know the enemy are going to stun you or when you want some extra attack speed.
§  Feast- Lifestealer gains health according to the current health of the enemy Lifestealer is attacking. This is why Lifestealer can Jungle/Bush exactly when the game starts and not like some other heroes who needs to farm up and get some items to be able to bush.
§  Open Wounds- Slows targeted enemy and allows all other allies to lifesteal from the target under the spell. Nice spell to use when you want to engage on a enemy target or using it for when enemies are getting away.
§  Infest- Lifestealer jumps into an targeted unit, Enemy Creep or Ally Hero/Creep. As long as Lifestealer is in the unit he is undetectable and can't be seen. If the targeted unit is a creep, Lifestealer will gain health according to the current health of the Creep. This spell is awesome to use when you want to escape the enemy's clutches or if you want to ambush and enemy hero or if you want a quick heal by just using this spell on a big neutral creep.

How you are going to play him is as follow

Farm hard. Start off with the small neutral creep camp to almost get to level 2. The reason why you are going to start at the small neutral creep camp is because they don't do so much damage so you won't lose so much health and you will have more health to spare at the next neutral camp.
Remember when you engage that you have your Rage spell which will make you magic immune. Be wise when you use it. You don't want to waste it and then die afterwards because you used it to early.
You can also infest an allied Hero. Usually its a good idea to jump into a melee ally hero because they need to run right up to the enemy to attack. This will get your Infest spell's damage in range to damage most of the enemy and it will surprise them. The element of surprise is always good.

What you are going to buy for Lifestealer

Power Treads / Phase Boots

Power Treads will give you some extra attack speed and make your more durable in team battles.
Phase Boots will give you that extra bit of damage and if you are chasing a hero down or running away from you can always phase. Giving you a lot of extra movement speed.

Hand of Midas

This item depends on you. If you want to farm for 20 minutes and then join the team battles. Get this item. If not I personally think this just delays your farm.

Skull Basher

Gives you some extra damage and enables you to get a 25% chance on stunning a target for 1.4 seconds on an attack.

Assault Cuirass

Very nice item to get because it gives you +10 bonus armor which makes you a lot more tankier and a +35 bonus attack speed making you hit faster. It also gives an aura to your allies of +20 bonus attack speed and +5 armor, also a aura to your enemies of -5 armor.

Mjollnir

Adds a +80 bonus attack speed and a 25% chance to damage the enemies with Chain Lightning dealing an extra 160 damage. This item also has a activate ablility,  giving a target the ability of static charge. What this does is on every attack an enemy does to the target under the effect of Static Charge will have a chance on releasing another Chain Lightning.

Desolator

Increases your damage by +60 and on every attack you give you minus the targets armor by -7 points. Meaning you start hitting like a truck.

Daedalus

Daedalus is also a very good choice. Because you sometimes hit Critical Strikes. A 25% Chance to do 240% of your base damage. Nuking down targets.

Monkey King Bar

If you are tired of hitting miss. Get this item. It enables you to get True Strike ability. What this does is it enables you to never miss an attack and it increases your damage by +88 points, a +15 Attack Speed bonus and a 35% chance to do a mini Bash which deals an extra 100 damage.

Puck ultimate in spells but can be hard to play initially

Puck is a high spell damage hero and frankly very hard to play if you don't know what you are doing. This is why I made this post, to make you know what you are 'doing'
Now if you want to play a proper Puck I suggest first practicing against Unfair Bots. (You can do this at  'Play Against Bots' option near the 'Find Match' option.) Puck is one of the harder hero's to play in Dota 2 and therefore  you need some skill and knowledge and practise before you will be able to play him in a normal public match and not flush your name down the toilet. I would say you need to play at least 150 games before you should try out Puck.

Puck's Spells

Illusory Orb - Puck throws out a magical orb going in one direction and damaging any unit who comes close to it.
Ethereal Jaunt - Puck teleports to her Illusory Orb.
Waning Rift - Puck lets down an explosion damaging all nearby units and silencing them for a few seconds.
Phase Shift - Puck exists the battle for a few seconds and becomes invulnerable.
Dream Coil - Leaches all enemy heroes in the area to a chain and damaging them. If the enemy hero leaves the area the chain breaks dealing damage and stuns the enemy hero for a few seconds.

How you are going to use these spells.

Illusory Orb - Illusory Orb is almost like a blink except its slow and does some amounts of damage. This spell is awesome to use when trying to escape and even better to use to initiate. Its also a nice ability to spam the enemy heroes with. Not that high in mana cost and it has a large area that it effects so you will be able to get a few heroes health down.
Ethereal Jaunt - Once you throw your Illusory Orb and you want to blink to it click on this spell. It teleports you straight to where your Illusory Orb was at that time.
Waning Rift - A must use ability when you initiate. Because of its awesome silence and its damage. Its also very nice to use for farming creeps, a Illusory Orb and a Waning right together can farm an entire creep wave.
Phase Shift - One awesome spell to have for escaping your enemy clutches. Throw your Illusory Orb in the direction you want to go and then Phase Shift. Once the time is right for you to  Ethereal Jaunt to it. Just hit the hotkey and you are gone. Another thing is that if you are quick enough with it and you use it right time. You will dodge almost every spell there is and even normal attacks from towers, hero's and creeps.
Dream Coil - Once you have Initiated with your Illusory Orb and you have Waning Rifted. Use this ability on the enemy heroes and try to get as much heroes in as possible. It will paralyse their entire team. Making you win the team fight.

What you are going to buy for Puck

Power Treads / Arcane Boots

If you are throwing your spells left and right and you don't have enough mana all the time i suggest going Arcane Boots. If you are not always low on mana go for Power Treads and put it on strength for making you more durable in combat.

Blink Dagger

An awesome item to get for puck. Its just another extension to your escaping and engaging factor. One awesome way to use this is use your Phase Shift and then Shift + Blink Dagger where you want to go instead of using your Illusory Orb and saving you some mana.

Aghanhim's Scepter

Upgrading your ultimate. Making it stronger and reducing its cooldown.

Shiva's Guard

Awesome to use when you initiate. What it does is once you activate it, it blows out in a radius of 900 a wave dealing 200 damage and slowing enemy units in it.

Bloodstone

Bloodstone is one awesome item for almost any hero. Every time a you get an assist or get an kill it adds 2 charges to bloodstone and for each charge on it, it gives you an additional extra health and mana regeneration and reduced respawn time. Also it gives you a lot of extra health and mana.

Scythe of Vyse

Adds a lot of extra attributes and enables you to hex a enemy unit. Meaning you can make an enemy unit a pig or a chicken for 4 seconds and the unit loses all it effects and buffs for that period of time. This item is preferably aimed on late game when you have a problem with a single hero and he is killing your entire team.

The only guide you need to play Juggernaut and its Ultimate Omnilash

Juggernaut is one of the dangerous heroes in Dota because of is dreadfull Ultimate, Omnislash and his  very naughty little secondary spell, Blade Fury. Here are some more info about Juggernauts spells :

  • Blade Fury- Juggernaut swings his sword like a tornado damaging nearby enemies and making him immune to magic. Blade Fury is a must get spell for Juggernaut. Reason is because it will get you out of sticky situations and it will get you "First Blood" fairly easily.
  • Healing Ward- Juggernaut places down an ancient ward healing nearby allies. The Healing Ward spell will most likely save you and most of your team in some situations. All you got to do is just place the ward when you and your team enters a battle and then the magic will happen.
  • Blade Dance- This spell gives Juggernaut a chance on every attack to do a critical strike. If you have luck on your side, then you are going to love this spell. It's awesome to have whenever you are PvP a enemy hero. Gives you a lot of extra damage if you do get a critical strike and in some cases it might get you some sexy hero kills.
  • OMNISLASH- The name says it all. Juggernauts leaps towards the targeted enemy and then slashes him with his sword. Bouncing around if there are other enemies in range. One evil spell to use if you find a stranded little enemy hero wondering in your jungle or in the river. Note when you activate the spell and there are other enemy heroes or creeps ( even the creeps in the bush/jungle)  Juggernaut will most likely bounce to them to.

Bristleback is one of the more durable heroes in dota so he is always a good idea to have in your team. He is not very hard to play.
§  Viscous Nasal Goo, Covers a target in goo slowing his movement speed and reducing the targets armor. Amount of casts on target stack.
§  Quill Spray, shoots out quill's damaging nearby enemies in a radius of 625. Does bonus damage every time a target is hit.

Learn how to get a rampage with Phantom Assassin

Learn how to get a rampage with Phantom Assassin! Just read through these tips and be amazed.
Phantom Assassin aka. Mortred, one of the really easy to play and strong carries in Dota. If you are new to Dota I don't entirely recommend playing Phantom Assassin. Due to if you pick her people are going to pick supportive heroes and if you fail at carrying out the game you are going to lose. But in anycase here is how you are going to get a rampage with Phantom Assassin!
§  One nifty spell Phantom Assassin has is Stifling Dagger. Slows the movement speed of the target by 50% for a few seconds, depending on the level and deals some damage. The spell itself has almost no mana cost, so it is most useful to last hit creeps with when you struggle to farm. It is also very useful to use when you are chasing down a hero.
§  Phantom Assassin also has a built in Evasion spell called Blur. What this spell does is it gives enemies a chance to miss their attacks on Phantom Assassin making her harder to hit.
§  Phantom Strike. The ability you are going to use to engage on enemies, escape from enemies and sometimes confuse the enemies. Phantom Strike enables you to blink to any unit within a range of 1000. It also gives you a bonus of 100% attack speed for 3 seconds.
§  Coup De Grace. If you thought those neutral creeps in the bush critical strikes like a rock or the item Daedelus lets you critical strike hard, you have never seen Coup De Grace then. This ultimate of Phantom Assassin lets her do 4.5 times her damage on a single strike. Daedelus only gives 2.4 times your damage on a single hit.

How you are going to play her is as follow

Last hit every creep there is in order to get a good gold income and get the items you need to succeed in getting a Rampage quicker. If you are struggling a bit to last hit creeps, buy yourself a Quelling Blade. This item will definitely help you fix your last hitting problem! All it does is it gives you a 32% bonus damage against creeps, meaning its going to feel like you can last hit creeps almost on half hitpoints.
Play aggressive. Don't be afraid to use your Phantom Strike spell on enemy heroes and get a few hits in. Just be a little cautious when you don't know where all the enemy heroes are or if the heroes in your lane have stun spells.

Items you should buy for Phantom Assassin

Black King Bar

This is one of the most useful items you will get for Phantom Assassin. It will make your killing, high damage Phantom Assassin immune to spells. Meaning there will be nothing to stop this little bad girl. So all you got to do is activate the item, use Phantom Strike on a enemy hero and start hitting the living soul out of  hero.

Battlefury

This item will make your Phantom Assassin deal splash damage. Meaning 35% of your damage is spread in a range of 225. And that includes your critical strikes. It will help you a lot in dealing more damage.making heroes easier to kill. Especially when you get a critical strike.

Skull Basher

this item is quite useful on Phantom Assassin when you have a bit of luck on your side and some skill. Its gives a 25% chance on every attack to stun a target for 1.4 seconds. Meaning the target is going to take a beating if you have requirements on your side and a high attack speed or some lucky critical strikes.

Helm Of The Dominator

This item will make your Phantom Assassin a bit more durable in battle and it might save your life.  It gives you a 20+ damage, 5+ armor and a 15% lifesteal. Meaning on every attack you will get some hitpoints back.

How to play Axe in Dota2

Start being a killing machine with Axe.  We have compiled some hints and tips to make you a better player and wreak havoc.
One thing about Axe is that he isn't very shy with just running into the enemy and get bombarded with attacks. That is actually what you want to happen when you play Axe. The reason for this is:
§  He has one very naughty Ultimate, Culling Blade, this spell kills any unit below 300,  450 and 625 hitpoints. (depending on the level of the spell itself.) The spell goes through magic immune units so even if the hero has a shield on him which enables him to take no spell damage. Culling Blade will still kill him if he is below 300, 450, 625 hitpoints. (Depending on the level of the spell.)
§  He has a very strong and high damage passive spell called, Counter Helix, this spell enables Axe to get a 17% chance on every enemy attack to spin in a circular motion and deal damage.
§  He also has one brutal spell called, Battle Hunger,  it damages a target over time and slows the target with 8% of its movement speed. Now this could be a very nasty spell to use in the beginning of the game because it is light on mana and does some serious damage if not deactivated. The other nasty part of the spell comes in that the only way to deactivate the spell is either to kill a hero or creep (denying your own creeps count) or you can wait until the spell ends.
§  He also has the lovely spell called, Berserker's Call, it forces any enemy unit in the range of 275 around Axe to attack him. Now usually when this happens Axe is going to spin quite a few times and deal some serious damage to his targets.

How you going to play Axe.

There are two ways to play Axe. One is to go farm up in the neutral creep camps located on both teams and the other method is to fight in lanes where normal creeps run up and down.
If you want to farm up in the neutral creep camps follow these steps. First you need to know in which neutral creep camp you should farm up. If you are on the Radiant side look for the green dots located most south on your mini map. If you are on the Dire side look for the green dots located most north on your mini map. ( Your mini map is located on the bottom left of your screen )
If you want to lane against heroes and normal creeps follow these steps. Be aggressive and don't be shy to just run in and use the spell Berserker's Call and start doing some seriously damage with your passive spell Counter Helix. You can also spam your Battle Hunger spell on the enemy heroes to take damage but then you always have to stay close to the creeps so that the hero you casted Battle Hunger on can't deactivate it by killing or denying any creeps.

Items you should get for Axe.

Blink Dager

This item will help you to initiate easier with you Berserker's Call spell by just blinking in and using it.

Blade Mail

This item will help you deal some extra damage to the targets under the effect of Berserker's Call. What you do is after activating Berserker's Call just activate Blade Mail and a percentage of every attack or spell damage dealt to you will return to the target who casted the spell or attacked you.

Heart of Tarrasque

Heart of Tarrasque is one of the items which will help you the most if you have the money to afford it. It gives you 40 Strength and 300 hitpoints so you will be able to just run and survive for a very long time. Another good bonus about the item is that it regenerates 2% of your hitpoints when ever you are out of combat and a hero or  Roshan hasn't attacked you in 6 seconds during combat.

Weaver game strategy in Dota2

Weaver

If you are dying to much with Weaver or not farming enough to sustain a decent amount of gold income. This post is for you !
Weaver is one of he easier carries in Dota due to his two escape spells Shukuchi and Time Lapse of which both are fairly easy to use when you are in situations that requires some form skill. If you are new to Dota and you want to play a hero where you don't die to much and do lots of damage, pick Weaver.
§   Weaver's ultimate, Time Lapse, this spell lets you virtually move five seconds back in time resetting your health and mana points but doesn't effect your gold. You can use this spell either to escape the enemy, eg. By fooling your enemy in following you down a path and then activating the spell moving you back to where you were five seconds ago. You can also use the spell to save your life when you are on low on hitpoint and you know that five seconds back you had more than you currently have.
§  Geminate Attack is one of the spells which makes Weaver so unique. It enables you to attack twice in one attack which you can use to harass the opposing hero in your lane or to last hit enemy creeps and get some heavy farming done.
§  Shukuchi is one of the spells Weaver is going to use the most throughout the game. This spell will let you escape, engage and even ambush the enemy heroes. What this spell does is it increases your movement speed to maximum and makes you invisible for four seconds.  It also does damage when you run through a enemy creep or hero.
§  The Swarm. A very nifty spell to use in locating your enemies or to stall enemy creeps when they are pushing a lane to take a tower. What this spell does is it decreases any unit under the effect of it armor by 1 armor point for every second the beetle is on the unit. Making  them easier to kill and letting your team have a higher success rate in winning a team battle.

How you are going to play Weaver.

Farm hard, the easiest way to own in a game with Weaver is to get really expensive items really fast in the game. To make last hits easier, get your Geminate Attack spell and stand really close to the creep you want to last hit. Reason for this is because your double attack will almost be instant  and you will do a lot of damage to last hit the creep.
Be aggressive. Don't be afraid to run in and start attacking enemy heroes. Remember you have a spell which makes you invisible and run super fast. You also have your ultimate Time Lapse which you can use if the enemy heroes decide to fight back and do a little more damage than expected.
Be cautious. Scout out the terrain with you Swarm spell if you are unsure of the whether you can go in and try to kill a hero or if you feel something is not right.

Items you should buy for Weaver.

Linken's Sphere

This will give you some extra health and damage to make you harder to kill and it blocks most negative spells from the enemy (like a stun) every 17 seconds.

Monkey King Bar

This item will make you hit like a truck and the item gives a true shot ability that makes you never miss an attack.

Desolator

This is one of the cheaper items you can get also to hit harder. Usually you should go Desolator if you are playing against heroes with a lot of armor and hitpoints like Alchemist or Bristleback. What Delolator does is it decreases 7 armor for 15 seconds on an attack. So you make anything with armor and hitpoints not have armor and hitpoints.

Radiance

Very nice item to have if you tend to chasing heroes down. Because it does 50 points of magical damage every second in a area of 650 around you. Think about it this way. If you and a enemy hero are fighting for more than 6 seconds and you have radiance. You have done 300 damage to him without even hitting him yet.

Basic game stratagy with Dota2 Tidehunter

If you want to learn how to play a very good support, this post is for you.
All you got to do is follow these few hints and you'll be short on your way to success!
Now one thing you must understand is that Tidehunter can and will help you and your team drastically. Whether you playing with friends a relaxed game or a serious clan game. Because:
§  He has one awesome ultimate, Ravage, which will disable their whole team for a few seconds and damage them. That is the time when you and your allies should engage on them and start picking them off one by one.
§  He has a slow, Gush, for when you want to decrease a players armor and make them easier to kill or to chase a person down by slowing him.
§  He has a area of effect spell which has some mana cost, Anchor Smash, which you can use to deal some additional damage to enemy heroes or you can use it to farm and last hit most creeps with it when you are alone in a lane and not supporting.
§  And he has his damage reduction spell, kraken Shell, which will most probably save you a few times from lethal spells like in example Viper's ulti, Viper Strike. Reason is because it removes any negative buff, damage/spells, once you gather more than 600 damage.

How you going to play Tidehunter is quite easy actually.

Support Hard get your carries farmed up. Help them get kills. Denie your creeps and pull your lane.
Play Smart. Think when to use your Ravage spell and when to engage. You don't want to be the cause of your whole teams death by making a small mistake on wasting your ultimate on one hero or engaging at the wrong time. Look out for opportunities.
A good support always pulls his lane at the right time so that your creeps don't push to far against the tower. The reason for this is that you can go an kill the enemy heroes easier because they need to run deeper in the lane if they want experience and the tower doesn't kill your creeps and gives him the free experience. So lets say you are on the Sentinal/Radiant side, the lane you are going to pull is the bottom lane. You will see between your Tier 1 tower and your Tier 2 tower there is a small neutral creep camp and a passage through the trees to the lane right beneath them. Al what you need to do is attack the creeps and run down through the hole so that the creeps follow you and then your allied creeps will start following them and you'll see the enemies creeps pushing ******* down in the lane. This is the perfect opportunity to try and kill him. NOTE: you can do this with any hero.
When to engage with your ulti and when not to engage with your ulti. The perfect example to engage with your ulti is when there are 2 or more enemy heroes and you have a most of your teamates at your back (at least 3) and preferably another hero with a stun or slow at your side for those lucky people who always seem to excape the grasp of death.

Items you should buy for Tidehunter:

Blink dagger

This item will help you to enage easier by blinking in the middle of their team and then using your ultimate.

Arcane Boots

Will help you to have a sufficient amount of mana all the time and to give your allies mana when they need it.

Mekansm

Usually Tidehunter doesn't go Mekansm but when your team doesn't have another support you should try and get this item as soon as possible. It will help to make your whole team last longer in team fights and sometimes even save teamates. How you use it easy, when you see your teamate is low on hitpoints run close to him and click on the item. It will heal all your allies in a 750 radius.

Refresher Orb

This item will reset the cooldown of all your ablilities and items. Which means you will be able to throw your Ultimate twice, Gush twice, Anchor Smash twice, if you have Mekansm you will be able to use Mekansm twice and also your Arcane Boots twice. Its very easy to use, after you use your spells just click on the item in your inventory and it will do its job and reset all your item and spell cooldowns. Just remember When you use your Ultimate wait a bit till the stun is almost worne off and then use the the Refresher Orb and Ultimate again, this way the enemy team will be dissabled a bit longer.
